Oates Industries is a full-service, woman-owned contractor serving the construction needs of industrial manufacturers in the Gulf Coast. We service more than 90 industrial facilities and have Master Agreements with most of them. As a multi-disciplined contractor, we provide construction, procurement and project management for capital improvement projects, maintenance and turnaround activities.

We perform the majority of our construction services with in-house crews. Our services are focused on our core competencies of civil, structural, piping, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical. From foundations to electrical systems, roofing and piping fabrication, Oates internally performs its own construction. This allows us to mobilize quickly to meet challenging schedule requirements and better control cost.
